Ponder index for markets, policies, LP rows, and keeper targets.
apps/indexer indexes factory MarketCreated, vault lifecycle, and PriceObserver.Recorded on chain 46630. The web app and the keeper both read it.

pnpm devpnpm dev serves port 42069 and does not need DATABASE_SCHEMA. pnpm start does. Production should set DATABASE_URL to Postgres. Dev uses embedded PGlite.

The start block has to be that factory's creation block. An earlier block replays older factories. A later block misses markets. Restart after you change either value.

/keeper/targets is each insured pool, plus pools seen in Recorded, plus KEEPER_EXTRA_POOL_REFS.
Vaults are discovered from MarketCreated. This process does not upgrade rows from an old factory. Point it at the new address and start block.
